Server Tor sotto sequestro

Secondo alcune fonti, circa dieci server Tor configurati come exit-node sono stati sequestrati dalla polizia tedesca, sequestro giustificato dal fatto che i nodi in questione sono individuati su alcuni siti a carattere pedo-pornografico. I dettagli non sono per niente chiari ma da quello che si è capito le indagini sono ancora in corso.

Sembra un pò un tuffo nel buio visto che l'utilizzo del protocollo di rete tor è del tutto legale compresa la pratica dell'exit-node, per cui, chi gentilmente offre il nodo in uscita non è il diretto responsabile delle informazioni trasmesse.

Concordo con l'ipotesi di Marco, seconda la quale questa indagine può essere un buon test per la sicurezza della intera infrastruttura tor.
